He is actively involved in rendering of high value-added professional services and is the head of the Firm’s Transaction Advisory and Consultancy Practices.

Rajesh Agrawal is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi, India and has more than 25 years of post-qualification experience. Before transitioning to practice in 2012, he built a robust foundation in corporate governance, serving as a Company Secretary in various sectors like manufacturing and service Industry.

Ms. Snigdha Agarwal is a dynamic and dedicated legal professional. Her legal journey is marked by a passion for delivering exceptional services and solutions for clients. Having a track record in navigating and providing services to businesses from compliance to governance, ensuring to operate within the bounds of the law, she is dedicated to fostering strong client relationships by prioritizing their needs and delivering results. Prior to the association with us, she had worked with Delta Legal Services, Chennai, a legal firm and has more than 5 years experience in Trade Mark matter and legal drafting.Having experience in wide range of legal services to assist law firms and businesses.
