Rajesh Agrawal did his Graduation in Economics Honours from Utkal University, Orissa. became Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi, India and having more then 15 years of experience as a Company Secretary in various types of organisation. He is holder of Certificate of practice since September, 2012.

Snigdha Agarwal is a Law graduate and IPR diploma holder from NLS, Bangalore. She had worked with a Delta Legal Services, Chennai a legal firm and has more than 5 years experience in Trade Mark matter and legal drafting.
